Buckled Floors from Water Damage

These original wood floors to this San Carlos home unfortunately were too damaged by the water damage in their home. The customer was out of town when the supply line to the toilet broke and flooded the majority of their home. We pulled up all the floors, removed all the wet insulation, dried the subfloor and framing, and cleaned the remaining area prepping it for reconstruction. The customer was thrilled that our work was very clean and fast. We were out of that home in a week. If flood water is not handled quickly and properly, it can jeopardize your health and safety, and cause severe damage to your home’s structure. Remember, the longer you wait, the worse the problem will get.
